Terms of use

Pricentra is a vendor price-list reconciliation tool. It identifies matches and exceptions and produces a report. It does not update your ERP or other business systems.

Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day trial from first sign-in. No credit card is required. After 30 days, new reconciliations pause until a paid plan exists. Billing is not live; the published price is $99/month.

Acceptable use

Upload only files you are allowed to process. Do not upload malware or attempt to probe the service. File size is limited to 25 MB per workbook. Supported types are .xlsx and .xls.

Accuracy

Matching is conservative by design and can still be wrong. Fuzzy matches and large price changes require human review. You are responsible for decisions made from the report.

Availability

Spreadsheet processing runs on a Python service that is separate from the website host. Generated reports may become unavailable if that service restarts. This prototype is provided as-is.
