Pricentra is operated at pricentra.ca. This page describes how the current product handles information — not a certification of GDPR, SOC 2, or any other framework.

Account

If you sign in, we store the identity data provided by Google, X, or your email/password account (such as user id, email, and display name) so you can use the workspace and so trial dates can be enforced.

Uploaded files

Vendor and system Excel files are sent to a Python processing service, written to an isolated temporary job folder, analyzed, and then the original files are deleted. We keep reconciliation history with your account: filenames, timestamps, status, and summary counts. Generated Excel reports remain on the processing server only until that job storage is cleared (for example after a process restart). We do not claim that data is never stored, or that deletion is immediate and guaranteed in every failure mode.

Cookies and authentication

Session cookies (and, in some preview environments, a bearer token) are used to keep you signed in.
